technical knowledge, and offer a broad range of services and capabilities—from pressure forming and twin-sheet forming to heavy-gauge vacuum forming with

secondary operations.

Vacuum forming is the process of taking a flat thermoplastic sheet and using controlled heat

to make it pliable enough to conform to a mold contour by simultaneously applying force and vacuum.

 

Pressure forming is similar to vacuum forming, but uses high-pressure air

assist to create significantly better part definition.

 

With two manufacturing facilities: one in Conyers, Georgia and the other in Metuchen, New Jersey we are able to deliver tremendous manufacturing expertise anywhere.

 

Two plants means shorter lead times, availability to move tooling between plants for more output capacity and the cost savings of freight.
